Aaron is a professional engineer by trade and has decades of experience managing projects, people and goals. He has a diverse range of experiences working in consulting environments and also on the client side. Aaron spent many years living and working in Europe which adds a unique viewpoint to our team. As an engineer, he values and is driven by optimization and efficiency. He ensures that our processes and decisions remain on course and lead to the desired outcomes of our clients and our business. Aaron is inspired by advances in technology and relentlessly searches for ways to improve the way we approach EVERYTHING. He is the father of 2 beautiful children who are the light of his life.
